Information we collect

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, message, and phone number if you choose to provide it. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical information — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and performance purposes.

Every page of this site also loads Google Analytics, Google Ads, OpenAI's ad measurement pixel, and Lucky Orange, which set cookies in your browser and record how you use the site. The Analytics and advertising section below explains exactly what they collect and how to opt out.

How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you request it, schedule a consultation. We don't use it for marketing emails you didn't ask for, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Analytics and advertising

Every page of this site loads the Google tag (gtag.js), which runs two Google products:

  • Google Analytics 4 measures how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us. We use it to work out which parts of the site are useful.
  • Google Ads measures which of our ads brought someone here, so we don't keep paying for advertising that doesn't work.

These tools set cookies in your browser — including _ga and _gcl_au — and record your IP address, your approximate location, your browser and device, the pages you open, and the site or ad that referred you. Google processes this both for us and for its own purposes, under Google's privacy policy.

Every page also loads OpenAI's measurement pixel, which tells us whether an ad we run in ChatGPT led to an inquiry. If you arrive from one of those ads, it saves the ad's click reference in a cookie, __oppref, so a later inquiry can be matched to it. Like any web request, it also receives your IP address and browser details. OpenAI processes this under OpenAI's privacy policy.

Unless you turn it off below, every page also loads Lucky Orange, which records your visit — scrolling, clicks, taps, and mouse movement — as a session recording and heatmap, so we can see where the site is confusing. It keeps a visitor ID and visit count in cookies (lo-uid, lo-visits) and session details in your browser's local storage, and like any web request it receives your IP address and browser details. Recordings never show what you type into the contact form, which Lucky Orange masks, or which purpose you choose on it, which we hide. Lucky Orange processes this under Lucky Orange's privacy statement, and it honors your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Two actions on this site send an extra event to Google and OpenAI:

  • Tapping a phone number. We record that someone tapped a call link. We don't record your phone number — the site has no way to see it.
  • Sending the contact form. We record that a message was sent, and we send Google your email address and phone number so it can match your inquiry to the ad you clicked. Google calls this an enhanced conversion. Your browser converts both values into an irreversible cryptographic hash before they leave the page, so Google never receives them in readable form. We don't send your name or the text of your message. OpenAI receives only the fact that a message was sent, not your contact details.

Apart from the hashed values described above, we don't upload your contact details to Google or OpenAI, and we don't use these tools to build an advertising profile tied to your name. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, adjust what Google shows you in My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — the contact form and the phone links behave exactly the same.

Turn off advertising measurement

This switch stops the site sending your details to Google or OpenAI for advertising measurement, including the hashed email address and phone number described above, and stops Lucky Orange recording your visits. It takes effect immediately, except that Lucky Orange stops from the next page you open.

This setting needs JavaScript, and it saves to this browser on this device. Clearing your browsing data resets it.

Third parties involved

  • Google receives the analytics and advertising data described above, from every page.
  • OpenAI receives the ad measurement described above, from every page.
  • Lucky Orange receives the session recordings described above, unless you turn them off.
  • Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the Turnstile check that sits on the contact form to block automated spam. That check sees your IP address and browser, not your message.
  • Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. It sees the content of your message solely in order to send it.
  • Slack receives a copy of each contact form submission in our private team channel, so an inquiry isn't missed.

None of these companies is paid to resell your information, and we don't share contact form submissions with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete a message you've sent at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
